As a manufacturer, you can be assured that the electrical safety tests and routine production tests our systems carry out in your production line will guarantee the electrical safety compliance of your products.
Allied Automation knows how to keep voltage where it belongs. Implementing Hi-pot testing in a production environment requires not only guaranteeing a proper connection to your DUT. It requires the containment of the Hi-pot voltage within the system. Allied Automation knows what it takes to isolate high voltage from process controls.
Allied Automation’s control panel design and fabrication passes Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) Inspection and Certification. Compliance certification by third party inspection is now required by many countries, states, and counties.
Allied Automation is happy to facilitate NRTL inspection for compliance with any number of standards, including:

Success Story: Ground Bond and Hi-Pot Testing System
This system is used to check a large variety of contact points for proper wire connection and to perform a number of hi-pot tests of the wire insulation and meter base. A (2) station dial plate is used to allow loading during the testing process in the rear of the machine.
